Undergraduate Business Administration majors who have been disqualified from the University will not be allowed to enroll in 100-level
business courses until they have been reinstated into the business major. For students to qualify to petition for reinstatement into the
Business Administration major, they must be in good standing according to University standards.
Business students seeking reinstatement to the CBA must complete a Reinstatement Petition. Click to download a PDF version of the CBA Reinstatement Petition for
Undergraduate Students ; this form can be filled out on a computer and then printed. Click on a line and type;
click on individual lines or use the tab key to move from one line to the next. (Graduate students may obtain a Reinstatement Petition
from the Graduate Programs Office, Tahoe Hall 1037.)
Students must file the petition with the Undergraduate Business Advising Center (Tahoe Hall 1030) as appropriate, attaching an explanation
with relevant documentation supporting their request for reinstatement. The CBA’s Academic Standards Committee will review the petition.
Note: The only basis for reinstatement is the expectation (supported by evidence provided by the student) that the student is now likely
to progress towards the satisfactory completion of the CBA’s degree requirements in a timely manner. |
